Definitely 5 stars!! I made this for breakfast this morning! Can’t beat how healthy this is either. This is a FANTASTIC recipe! Smoothies are a convenient and colorful way to start your day, but some recipes can be filled with added sugar and fat. I’ve been making this for the past 6 months as my breakfast go-to! I’m one of those people who finds something I like for breakfast and then just puts it on repeat, day after day. I realized we may need a “results not typical” notation on this advert, as I pondered the difference between your age and mine, but still, it’s got to help, right?
